We offer a 7-day exchange from the day your order is delivered.
Eligibility
- Shoes must be unworn, unwashed and in their original box.
- The exchange request must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
How to request an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp or through our Contact page with your order number and the size or style you would like instead. We will confirm the details with you before anything is sent back.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
